
ABOUT ME
I've been every kind of strong.
I've spent fifteen years inside the corners of fitness most people never visit. I started in yoga, because my shoulders were ruined. I went to bodybuilding because I wanted to build them back. I moved into strongman because I wanted to know what real strength felt like.
And I ended up in handstands because, after all of it, balance was the one thing I still couldn't do.
I figured it out the slow way, then I figured it out the fast way. Now I teach the fast way.
