This Privacy Policy describes how Wolf Bogaert (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use howtohandstand.guide (the “Site”) and our courses and services (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account information. Name and email address when you purchase a course or apply for 1:1 coaching.
• Payment information. Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Course progress.Which lessons you've completed, stored in our database.
• Usage data. Anonymous, privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) to understand which pages help students.

How we use it

• To deliver the course and run your account.
• To send purchase confirmations and onboarding emails (via Loops).
• To process payments and issue invoices (via Stripe).
• To improve the Site and the Service.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors required to run the Service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database + auth), Mux (video delivery), Loops (email), Vercel (hosting), and Plausible (analytics). We do not sell your data.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact hi@howtohandstand.guide to exercise any of these rights.

Data retention

We retain account and progress data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time. Some financial records are retained as required by tax law (typically 10 years in the EU).

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and a single first-party cookie for Plausible-style anonymous page counts. No tracking cookies, no ad cookies.
